How long does it take to deliver my project?
It depends on your chosen plan. Starter Launch: 3 to 5 business days. The Pro Growth: 5 to 7 business days. Digital Empire: 1 to 4 weeks (including the optimization phase). We keep you updated at every step, from the first brief to final delivery.
Do I need to provide the content for the EBook?
Not necessarily. You can share your ideas, notes, or key topics, and our team will handle the research, writing, and design for you. If you already have your own content, we’ll just handle the design and formatting. The price will be lower depending on the workload.
Which platform do you use for websites?
We adapt to your preferences, business goals, and technical skills. Our team builds on Shopify, Payhip, WordPress, and more, depending on your style, needs, and comfort level. Every website is fully responsive, SEO-optimized, and easy to manage - no coding required.
Can I sell my EBook on Amazon or other platforms?
Absolutely. All our eBooks are delivered in PDF and EPUB formats, so you can sell them anywhere: including Shopify, Payhip, or Amazon KDP. We also guide you in choosing the best platforms for your audience and goals. They’re fully formatted, optimized, and ready to publish.
What if I want to make changes after delivery?
We include a revision phase to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Minor edits are free within the first 7 days after delivery. After that, we can offer ongoing support or updates depending on your chosen plan.
How does the sales commission work?
The commission (20–30% depending on your plan) is how we become your long-term partner. When you sell a digital product we created for you, we receive a percentage of each sale in exchange for managing your customer support. You keep the majority of every sale — and we are motivated to help you sell more.
Do you work in languages other than English?
Yes. We work in English, French, and Spanish. If your audience speaks another language, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is there a guarantee if I am not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a revision policy (see question 5). If after revisions the final delivery does not match the agreed brief, we will work with you until it does. Our goal is always a 5-star result.
